The Salvation Army Kroc Center has a wide range of high-quality programming, activities and classes to choose from. Fine arts, aquatics, sports, education, fitness, day camp, ministry & fellowship — you’ll find it all within the walls of the Kroc Center. We even offer drop-in childcare where children can play and be supervised while parents attend classes. Plus, you can register online for most programs!




Program scholarships covering up to 50% of program fees are now available for individuals that qualify for assistance. Please click the link above to download a scholarship form. Scholarship requests are due 30 days before the desired program session deadline. Scholarship recipients are subject to all other program policies.



The Kroc Center’s program guides list all session-based programs, events, and special opportunities for members and non-members. Members receive discounted program class pricing.

  • Program guides are published three times per year: Fall, Winter, and Spring/Summer.
  • Each program guide contains several sessions of programs, i.e. Fall I & II and Winter I & II.
  • The program guide covers areas including aquatics, education, fine arts, fitness, sports & recreation and congregational life.


The Kroc Center’s monthly schedule lists all open recreation hours, drop-in sessions, and special schedules for the month, including open gym times, drop-in fitness classes, climbing wall hours, drop-in art opportunities, and open swim hours. These may change from month to month, so pick up a copy of the latest guide at the Kroc Center, or download it here. New drop-in recreation guides are published online one week before the start of the new month. Schedules are also available at the Kroc Center Welcome Desk and Fitness Desk.


We want our guests to have the best, safest experience possible when using our fitness equipment. That’s why all members and non-members aged 12–15 are required to have a Teen Fit Permit to enter the fitness floor. How do you get a Teen Fit Permit? It’s easy – and FREE! Sign up for our free training course, which covers basic equipment safety, fitness floor manners and proper use of the cardio and weight machines.
